Customer Finance Executive
The purpose of this role is to provide support to the wider business in managing our Premium Credit Function across our commercial broking teams. You will be required to ensure all business requests are processed in a timely manner along with chasing and uploading of all outstanding documents to the Premium Credit/Close Brothers systems, chasing payments, completing MTA’s and queries for the wider teams.
Location: Arachas Galway office
Reports To: Head of Placement & Commercial Projects
Key Internal Relationships: Chief Commercial Office, Broking Function, Specialty Function, Finance Department, Premium Credit Function
Key External Relationships: Finance Service Providers, Arachas Commercial Clients
Role Accountabilities and Core Responsibilities
Activity Management:
Servicing of all Premium Credit/Close Premium Finance renewals and new business files with a sales budget to generate new income across the Group in Commercial Retail.
Act as our retail brokers support to set up and secure renewal and new finance plans for our customer base along with managing the relationship with the finance providers.
Assist in updating of the Open Gi system to track finance clients and ensure handlers are aware of funding dates.
Create and update spreadsheets of daily finance transactions
Prepare weekly and monthly reports including fund loans dates/ outstanding documents etc. to be issued to all handlers
Keep themselves appraised of the relevant documentation/ procedures as relevant
Undertake any other administrative support and assignments as directed
Chase relevant handlers/ clients for outstanding documents
Chasing of handlers with large upcoming finance renewals
Customer Relationship Management:
Liaise with clients and finance providers to ensure up to date and accurate information is sought and chased.
Providing high level of service to the clients and understanding their needs in relation to their finance requests.
Action all communications in a timely manner
Team Collaboration
Working with the stakeholders across the business to ensure clients needs are met within expected timelines
Compliance:
Ensure all compliance standards are continuously met and in line with CBI Regulations and Arachas processes.
Requirements:
Experience working in Financial industry
Open GI or Insurance platform experience essential
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in Office, including Outlook, Word & Excel
Strong organisational skills
Ability to multitask several priorities
