Ardonagh Europe, part of the Ardonagh Group, is seeking an experienced HR Manager – Europe to lead the people agenda across Ireland and Continental Europe.

In this high‑impact role across central Europe, you will partner with senior leaders to deliver scalable HR, talent and culture strategies across a diverse, multi‑country platform. You’ll own recruitment, onboarding, HR policies, learning & development, engagement and succession planning, while enabling local businesses to succeed within a consistent regional framework.

You’ll bring:

• Extensive HR experience with regional European responsibility

• Strong expertise in talent, performance and organisation development

• Confidence advising senior leadership teams

• Commercial mindset and comfort operating in complex, multi‑country environments

• A high degree of autonomy, supported by 10+ years of HR experience, and a proven ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders across multiple markets.
