The purpose of this role is to support the day to day running of the Operations of the Broking division in our Dublin region working alongside key internal stakeholders to drive operational excellence and efficiencies.

Geographical Location: Sandyford

Reports To: Director of Operations (Broking)

Key Internal Relationships: Commercial Lines Division, Finance, Compliance, QA.

Key External Relationships: Insurance companies, Clients.

Role Accountabilities and Core Responsibilities

• Assist with the organisation of regional Insurer meetings

• Assist the Regional Management team in the co-ordination and preparation for Regioanl meetings

• Run, collate and analyse data reports that support the Broking division

• Liaise with Team Leaders to select files as part of the QA Auditing process

• Issue and follow up on Account Handling queries. Liaise with FinOps team to ensure no outstanding items for the region

• Issue and review Aged Debt Reports for the region and ensuring all queries are handled within the given timeframe

• Assist in Broking projects as they arise

Requirements:

• Business Degree or relevant

• Excellent Excel & Powerpoint skills

• Communicate in a clear, concise manner

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Capable of managing multiple priorities
