Commercial Director & Head of Placement
Role overview
Reporting to the AE CCO, the Commercial Director & Head of Placement is responsible for the delivery of the
AE CCO placement strategy, the delivery, development and servicing of AE key carrier strategic partnerships,
acting as the key business contact for all internal stakeholders within AE (& wider Ardonagh) in relation to
placement. The Commercial Director & Head of Placement is the lead position in the Ardonagh Europe
placement community. This role will assist with the delivery of the company’s placement objectives and
plans in areas such as Placement, Strategic Carrier Management, Premium Finance, Cross Sell, New
Product Development, Organic Growth and other Central Strategic Initiatives.

Experience &/or Skillset
➢ 5-10 years’ experience in a similar role within financial services
(preferably insurance)
➢ Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
