Role Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Associate Director Employee Benefits (EB) Broking
  
• Role is key part of Glennon EB account management structure, working with Senior EB Consultants and Associate Directors
  
• Ongoing EB Administration services to Group / Corporate Clients.
  
• Support clients on a day to day basis with;
  
• Support best practice in governance and compliance at all times.
  
• Ad hoc projects as needed, such as CRM maintenance
  
• Learn end to end EB process and become a fully rounded benefits specialist via hands on Account Management.
• Working with all stakeholders in relation to monthly, annual and triannual processes.
• Escalate queries to providers and team members as appropriate.
  
• Liaise with insurers / service providers in relation to delivery and process, constantly seeking to improve and refine delivery, in consultation with Associated Director and EB consultants.
• Employee benefits on boarding
• Monthly pension reconciliation
• Monthly group medical reconciliation
• Employee Benefits off-boarding
• Respond to employee and employer queries, escalating to senior team members as needed.

• Desire to learn and grow in the role, desire to complete further education such as PMI APA, MIIPM and AIIPM.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  
• Represent the company and present on client sites as needed.
  
• Attend 1-1 EB clinics / meetings with employees on client sites as needed.
  
• Represent the company at conferences and promotional events as needed.
  
• Other Ad hoc duties as required, such as attend Trustee meetings, as needed.
  
• Role based in Dublin. Some travel will be required when visiting client sites, conferences, and will be agreed in advance.
